Jeffrey Arnette, CPO, LPO, Owner	Jeffrey Arnette is an ABC certified/licensed Prosthetist/Orthotist, with over 25 years of work experience in the Orthotic and Prosthetic field. This includes all levels of Prosthetic care from immediate post-op consulting, to preparatory and definitive prosthetics. His Orthotic experience has included Spinal Orthotics, HALO Procedures, post-op Body Jackets, Scoliosis Procedures, Pediatric and Geriatric Bracing, and Fracture Bracing. Jeff opened Progressive over 12 years ago and is continuing to expand across the state of Oklahoma. Jeff believes in a family oriented atmosphere at his place of business, and provides a quality and integrity for his patient care.
Jim Oldaker, CPO, LPO	Jim Oldaker is a BOCPO and State licensed practitioner in Oklahoma, and works at our Grove facility.  Jim brings to our practice over 20 years of Engineering and design experience from the automotive custom car industry.  Jim's attention to design and his in-out of the box thinking enhances his individual design of Orthotic and Prosthetic needs for his patients.  Jim patient care ranges from orthotic bracing to upper and lower extremity prosthesis. Jim also travels to Claremore and Pittsburg, KS as needed. Jim has been with Jeff since Progressive opened its doors.
Pamela Zickefoose, CO, LO	Pam has been in the orthotic field since 1978, and is ABC certified / liscensed Orthotist. She does most of the orthotic patient care  at the Tulsa office. She also travels to Enid, Shawnee, and Bartlesville satellite locations.  Her patient care ranges from custom inserts, lower and upper extremity bracing, spinal, mastectomy, compression hosiery, and burn garments. Pam has been with Progressive going on 3 years.
Dee Bunce, CFOM, Grove Office Manager	Dee is located at our Grove office and is our senior business manager. She has been with Progressive for about 6 years, and continues to oversee our front desk management. Dee is also ABC certified/ licensed as a Orthotic/Mastectomy fitter. Her profession details with patient care as well asaccounts recievables, billing, scheduling, data entry, receptionist, coding, filing, and payroll.
Gary Mullins, RPA, RTPO (Licensed)	Gary Mullins is ABC certified / licensed Prosthetist assistant, as well as ABC certified/ licensed Prosthetic and Orthotic Technician. Under Jeff's supervision, Gary measrures, casts and fits prosthetic patients in the Tulsa office.  All of our orthotic and prosthetic devices are custom-fabricated and designed in our O&P lab.  Gary has been involved in the O&P field for nearly 10 years. He started his profession in Oklahoma, then moved to Texas before coming to Progressive.  He is going on his 5th year with Progressive.
Denise Bruce, Tulsa Office Manager	Denise Bruce is our "front desk face" of the Tulsa office. She oversees every aspect of the office management. Her job description doubles as receptionist and accounts recievable. She also manages billing, scheduling, data entry, coding and filing. She has been with us for nearly 2 years.
Tiffany Conway, Muskogee Office Manager	Tiffany is also our "front desk face" at our Muskogee location. She is our newest team member at Progressive and her job description includes receptionist, accounts payable, billing, scheduling, data entry, coding and filing.
Michael Arnette, O&P Resident	Michael is currently an O&P student/ intern at Progressive. While awaiting  his ABC board results to be certified and eventually  licensed  as a Pedorthist and Orthotic Fitter; he is obtaining experience and clinical knowledge in patient care. He is also an apprentice in the fabrication lab which allows him to gain knowledge in the technical aspect of the field.
Brandon Arnette, O&P Resident	Brandon; just like his brother Michael, is also currently an O&P student/ intern at Progressive. Brandon is also pursuing ABC certification/ licensing as a Pedorthist. He too is currently obtaining knowledge as an apprentice in the fabrication lab for technical experience.
